California Home Service Contract Association (CHSCA) is one of the newest members of the NHSCA State Network. Formerly known as the Home Warranty of California, (HWAC), we represent the premier and most respected providers of home service contracts in the state of California. We are the news, information, education, regulation and legislation resource for our industry.
As a member of the NHSCA Network, we provide valuable resources to represent your company and the home service contract industry in California. Our full-time regulatory counsel, Serlin Haley, LLC has extensive experience in state government regulation and is available to you for consultation and guidance. Additionally, we also associate with Mike Belote with California Advocates on legislative matters which could potentially impact your business.
