Summary
The DC Service Contract Regulation Act of 2018 was adopted November 2018 after much input from the NHSCA. While NHSCA objected entirely, the final draft was art least a compromise back to model standards. After Congressional review in early 2019, it is now final.
B22-584 (known as L22-0216) became effective on February 22, 2019 and will apply 180 days after its effective date on August 21, 2019.
