The NHSCA held annual conference in Louisville, KY from June 8 to June 10, 2026, and provided a stellar opportunity for the industry to connect, including 152 attendees, 34 speakers, 9 exhibitors, and 10 sponsors. As summed up from one of the responses in the post-event survey, the NHSCA conference was a “Powerful place with a lot of energy and intellect [that] gives me a lot of confidence in the industry.” The conference was bolstered by a strong showing from the speakers, such as influential figure Akash Gupta, CEO and Founder of zudo.work; Rishi Mathew, Founder & CEO of Keepe; and Andy Hand, SVP Operations at First American Home Warranty. Their insight into the market provided valuable guidance and direction for attendees. They lead meaningful discussions across 29 sessions, with topics such as “AI & The Future of Warranty: Disruption or Incremental Change?” and “Coach Kelsey – Louisville Basketball – Culture Eats Strategy for Lunch.” Attendees found these sessions engaging, thoughtful, and incredibly timely. Feedback from attendees revealed a high level of satisfaction with the event, remarking on their satisfaction with sessions, clear organization, and a strong showing from the exhibitors. The nine exhibitors in attendance lead the way for fostering business opportunities, such as Encompass, Lowe’s Pros, Marcone, and Reliable Parts. Their participation helped foster a dynamic exhibition space, creating connections for attendees and driving interactions. This event would not have seen such success without NHSCA’s ten sponsors, such as OnPoint, Lowe’s Pros and Ironwood Warranty Group. Collectively, these sponsors generated an impressive total of 50,691 impressions, underscoring their vital role in the event’s promotional efforts and overall success. Lastly, the attendees used this conference as a great networking opportunity, traveling from various regions including some lesser-represented areas. There were significant representations from organizations like NRG Protects Inc, Motili, and Home Warranty, inc, among others. Roles ranged from CEOs and Presidents to National Accounts Managers, facilitating meaningful connections and high engagement across the spectrum of participants.
