The Value Of Membership

Application to join the NHSCA is open to established and reputable companies who are in the business of offering home service contracts  (home warranty) to consumers on major household systems and appliances that fail due to normal wear and tear. Applicants will go through a background check and vetting process and may be subject to an onsite visit by our retained counsel for review.
Application is an efficient and friendly process. Simply fill out this application form and mail or email to the NHSCA. We will then contact you and conduct a telephone interview.

Join Our Affiliate Membership

An affiliate member will assist association members with relevant goods and services, is committed to the long-term growth of NHSCA, supports members with best practices, and markets relevant goods or services.  Affiliate members do NOT have association voting privileges.
Annual Fees: $2500
(Mail check to “NHSCA” at the given address)

Serve, strengthen, influence, and improve the home service contract industry.

Provide external voice and perspective.

Contribute to and support NHSCA within the industry at large.

Promote NHSCA products and services.

Eligible to attend and participate in annual NHSCA symposiums and general meetings.

Join Our General Membership

Our mission is to foster better understanding of home service contracts through a positive image with consumers, real estate professionals, state regulators and state legislators.
Membership is subject to approval of a vote of 2/3 membership and payment of dues.

Upon Approval

You will be assigned a user name and password to access the member only section of the website. www.homeservicecontract.org

Regional & National members will be responsible to pay a one-time contribution of $5000 to the NHSCA Reserve Fund. Local members are exempt from the reserve fund.

All members must contribute to a state fund assessment, pro-rata, for any NHSCA approved legislative effort.

Upon written acceptance, our company agrees to adhere to the NHSCA bylaws, practices and procedures and to abide with timely payment of dues and assessments.
