Texas Home Service Contract Association (THSCA) is one of the newest members of the NHSCA State Network. We represent the premier and most respected providers of home service contracts in the Great State of Texas. We are the news, information, education, regulation and legislation resource for our industry.

As a member of the NHSCA Network, we provide valuable resources to represent your company and the home service contract industry in Texas. Our full-time regulatory counsel, Serlin Haley, LLC has extensive experience in state government regulation and is available to you for consultation and guidance. We work with Lobbyist, David Parker with Longbow Partners on any legislative matters that may impact the state of Texas.

Our strong membership, media relations and regulatory presence locally, and in every state across the nation, gives the NHSCA a strong voice in the home service contract industry and among consumers.
