California Home Service Contract Association (CHSCA) is one of the newest members of the NHSCA State Network. Formerly known as the Home Warranty Association of California, (HWAC), we represent the premier and most respected providers of home service contracts in the state of  California.  We are the news, information, education, regulation and legislation resource for our industry.
